Cohu acquires Xcerra, adding LTX-Credence Testers, Multitest test handlers and contactors and Everett Charles Technology (ECT) pogo spring probes to the portfolio.
The LTX-Credence ASL 1000, introduced in fiscal 1996, is a highly configurable test system designed for testing traditional analog building block integrated circuits (ICs).
